As a cottage baker and a microbakery owner, it is important to know Bridge City Bakery LHC in not a brick and mortar bakery. Your purchase helps support the family who supports my dream. There is no storefront to walk into and pick up your items or baked off goods. Everything is made fresh to order. Once your order is placed we will arrange a pickup time and location.

The pickup time you agree to is the pickup time you should be arriving to pick up your items, I wait for a 10 minute grace period and if there is a no call no show there is no refund. I do not sit, wait and wonder. Life is busy and there are more orders to fill and work to be done. A lot of time, money and effort goes into offering freshly baked and wholesome goods, most times I don’t make out with much -if anything, but I do what I do out of passion to provide my community with nourishing and wholesome goods.
